1. Services Provided
- AspireMiles provides counseling, admission, visa, immigration, and travel-related support services.
- All services are provided based on the information shared by the applicant, and AspireMiles is not responsible for false or incomplete information.
2. Registration & Service Fees
- Registration Fees: Non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Administration Fees: Any administrative/document handling/counseling charges are non-refundable.
- Visa / Government Fees: Embassy charges, SEVIS, WES, biometric charges, etc. are strictly non-refundable once paid.
- AspireMiles is not responsible for changes in fee structures or policies by universities, embassies, or government authorities.
3. Applicant Responsibilities
- Applicants must provide accurate, genuine, and complete documents.
- Fake, fraudulent, or misleading documentation will lead to cancellation of services, and fees will be forfeited.
- Applicants are responsible for timely submissions of documents and payments. Delays may affect outcomes.
4. Visa Decision Disclaimer
AspireMiles provides guidance but does not guarantee visa approval. Final decisions are made solely by embassies or government authorities. AspireMiles is not liable for refusals, delays, or rejections.
5. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made as per schedule.
- Delays in installments may suspend services until dues are cleared.
- All payments once made are non-refundable.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of client information, in line with our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
- AspireMiles is not liable for losses due to applicant errors or delays.
- Not liable for visa refusals, delays, or policy changes by embassies/government bodies.
- Not liable for changes in immigration laws, university policies, or foreign exchange rates.
8. Amendments
AspireMiles may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of services means acceptance of changes.
